New Student Resource Fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $100 to the above credit card account. Payment of this non-refundable one time new student fee is required of all non-DNP students. DNP students, please see DNP Resource Fee option below.

New Student Resource Fee and Down Payment By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge the payment amount entered to the above credit card account. Your payment will be applied to the New Student Resource Fee ($100) first, and any remaining balance would be applied as the down payment.

Resource Fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $200 to the above credit card account. Payment of this non-refundable resource fee is required of all current non-DNP students for each 12 credit hours attempted.

DNP Resource Fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $300 to the above credit card account. Payment of this non-refundable resource fee is required of all current DNP students twice during their program.

Graduation Audit fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $150 to the above credit card account. This fee will cover the cost of your diploma, one official transcript, and the overall processing of your graduation audit.

Commencement Ceremony fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $125 to the above credit card account to attend the Commencement Ceremony.

Diploma fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $25 to the above credit card account for each American Sentinel University diploma requested. Please note one diploma is included as part of the graduation audit process.

Down Payment By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge the payment amount entered to the above credit card account as a down payment on a new multiple course payment plan. By default this card will also be used to set up recurring automatic monthly deductions. Should you wish to use a different card, contact the Student Accounts Department (1-800-829-2427) at least 5 days prior to your scheduled payment date.

Payment Plan Payment By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge the payment amount entered to the above credit card account as payment towards an open balance on a multiple course payment plan. Your payment will be applied to any outstanding balances on your account first, and any remaining balance will be applied to the final payment(s) on your payment schedule.

Single Course Payment By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge the payment amount entered to the above credit card account for a single course tuition payment.

Course Extension fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $65 to the above credit card account for each two week course extension that you request.

One-time payment By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge the payment amount entered to the above credit card account to make a one-time payment toward your outstanding tuition.

Program Switch Fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $150 to the above credit card account in order to evaluate your existing degree plan and create a new degree plan for your requested program switch. This payment will be retained regardless of whether or not you proceed with the switch after receiving your new degree plan.

Practicum Workroom Fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $400 to the above credit card account in order to be enrolled into one 8-week term Practicum Workroom. Practicum Workrooms are required for students needing additional PE hours necessary to complete their program.

DNP Residency Fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $250 to the above credit card account. Payment of this fee is required from all DNP students prior to attending Residency I, N740PE.

DNP Capstone Fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $1,200 to the above credit card account. Payment of this non-refundable capstone fee is required of all current DNP students twice during their program.

Post-Enrollment Evaluation Fee By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $50 to the above credit card account for each transcript submitted for transfer credit evaluation for courses completed prior to being accepted by the university. The fee is charged regardless of the transfer credit evaluation outcome.

General Education Exam Fee – By clicking the “Submit” button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge $125 to the above credit card account in order to access one General Education Exam Moodle Room.

Miscellaneous Payment By clicking the "Submit" button, you authorize American Sentinel to charge the payment amount entered to the above credit card account.
